Staff were amazing, always helpful and well-mannered.
The room was incredibly small, making it hard to unpack. I was also disappointed with the lingering smell of grilled food from the vents, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there were moments when the AC was too cold, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

Navigating the location can be tricky. there are several APA Hotels around, which led to confusion. The breakfast area is too small, creating a rush that feels more like a cattle drive than a meal, and cleaning services barging in at 9:30 can feel intrusive with a 10:00 checkout. Also, the lack of a storage room for luggage can be inconvenient during busy times.

Solo traveler good value
Great staff and the location is a total win with metro access right there. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, I love my mornings with all-you-can-eat options.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but they managed to fit everything in a small space.
